Group Longe Côte sessions in Saint Nazaire opposite the skate park during the week and at weekends depending on the tide. Come along for a dynamic walk in good spirits!
Longe côte sessions run by Pierre Tortereau (MMS) take place in Saint-Nazaire, at high tide, on the beach between the skate park and the American monument.
The activity, open to all, lasts an hour. It includes a warm-up, the main body of the session with varied exercises adapted to each person's level, followed by stretching.
Recommended summer equipment: a short, thin wetsuit and water shoes.
