La paillote d'Anita gives you the chance to take a walk in the heart of the marshes and sample a range of recipes inspired by the Brière region.
In the paillote, you'll find eels with 4 spices or parsley, but also in a galette with baby vegetables. Frogs' legs are also on the menu.
