From a vantage point on the roof of La Terrasse, Felice Varini has created a "horizontal line" embracing the harbour landscape. The 2km-long work is the largest ever created by the artist. Like a score, the shapes arranged successively at the top and bottom of this line punctuate the landscape in different sequences. Leaving the viewpoint is like experiencing the third dimension and witnessing the splintering of the figure.
