

Since 2004, Stéphane has been based in the commune of Donges, where he raises around fifty Charolais cows, all of them free-range, to take advantage of the benefits of nature: they eat only the grass in the Brière marshes, near the Loire estuary, and in winter, the hay that Stéphane harvests on his farm.
