For information throughout the year and during your holidays, our destination advisors are on hand to welcome you at our Tourist Office in the Saint-Nazaire submarine base, on Boulevard de la Légion d'Honneur. You'll also find them on your way to markets, along the beaches and at events organised in the area.

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT :
1. Access to the building
There are both free and paid car parks around the Tourist Office, which is located underneath the Submarine Base.
The pavements and pedestrian crossings are easy to get to.

The building is on one level, allowing direct access for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility, without the need for a ramp or lift.
There are 2 entrances to the reception area. The door facing the street is glazed, so advisers can provide assistance if necessary. The door on the inside of the submarine base is also glazed.

2. Interior fittings
The interior corridors have been adapted to allow wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility to move around independently.
A reception desk is specifically designed for them.
Documentation is available on shelves at the appropriate height.
The sales counter is equipped with a removable payment terminal.

3. Hearing impaired
A magnetic loop has been installed at reception to facilitate communication with hearing-impaired people equipped with a compatible hearing aid.
No subtitling system or real-time transcription application is currently in place.
