Leaving the pleasant Square des 4 Frères Berthaud, you discover peaceful countryside before joining the coastal path via the Val de la Courance.

- Turn right onto the Chemin du Vallioux and continue along the Chemin du Gonon, following the signs.
- At the Chemin du Pont d'Y, turn right and follow the Chemin des Frémaudières to the Chemin du Siriff on the right.
- At the Rochelles roundabout, cross the road to take Avenue Jacques Paris.
- At the children's playground, turn right onto the Chemin du Moulin des Rochelles and follow the signs for the Val de la Courance as far as the beach, where you turn right and take the stairs.
-...- Turn right onto the Chemin du Vallioux and continue along the Chemin du Gonon, following the signs.
