Two bedrooms to let (12 m2 and 11 m2) facing either south or west in a spacious flat fully renovated in 2021. Rooftop with 75m2 terrace in luxury residence close to shops (300m), bus (100m), customs path and seafront embankment for sports enthusiasts/hikers (300m).

Spacious bathroom (6m2) reserved for the two bedrooms (double washbasin, shower, bath). Access to new, spacious kitchen: storage for food, rack available in fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Meals served on a very large island (bar-style) separating the kitchen from the living/dining room. Washing machine shared free of charge with other flatmate and owner. Bedroom with double bed (140cm), dressing area, chest of drawers, desk, armchair and occasional lamp. Electric inertia heating for maximum comfort. - Bedroom 1 (12m2) is south-facing and offers plenty of light. - Quiet, private bedroom and bathroom set apart from the rest of the flat. - Direct access via bay window to the huge 75m2 terrace equipped with outdoor furniture. - Geographical location of the property. - Swimming pool in the residence open from late May to early October (unique in Saint-Nazaire). - Garage for bikes or scooters in the basement. - Owner often absent: business trips and travel.
