

A beekeeper since 2011, Nicolas Roux learnt his trade in the Aude department. Charmed by the peninsula, he and Oxanne moved into an old farmhouse. Here he produces honey, gingerbread and nougat. His honey is produced by the bees in his 400 hives.
It was recently certified "Agriculture Biologique" (2015).
You can find Ruchers des Marais products at the markets, as well as at a number of farms in the surrounding area: the Hautière fruit farm (La Chapelle-sur-Erdre), Les Jardins de Domhéry (Guérande), L'Epi de Blé (Crossac), La Cueillette de l'Isle (Savenay), ferme Detry (Montoir-de-Bretagne), le Fournil de la Barre (Sainte-Anne-Sur-Brivet).
