It was in the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park, on the island of Fédrun, that Eric Guerin opened La Mare aux Oiseaux on 1 April 1995. In 29 years, he has built a place in his own image, moulding every detail of this building that has become 'his home', the same one that has given him his roots, his strength, real moments of happiness, success and a certain fulfilment.
The restaurant, where the chef never ceases to take us on a journey, an extraordinary garden, a wellness area with heated indoor pool and treatment room, a 4-star hotel where every room makes you want to put down your bags for good.
