CHOCOLATERIE COSME

The history of the chocolate factory began in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais in 1927. Since then, Cosme has expanded with :
- 1 production laboratory in Le Pré Saint Gervais and 5 chocolate factories in the Paris region
- 1 production laboratory in Saint-Florent-le-Vieil and 4 chocolate factories in the Pays de la Loire region (St Nazaire, Angers, Cholet and St Florent le Vieil).

Cosme specialises in low-sugar pralines and ganaches, bringing out the natural flavours of cocoa and dried fruit, always seeking the right balance.
We attach great importance to the choice of our raw materials: hazelnuts selected directly from the producer in Chemillé-en-Anjou, as well as milk and cream from a short circuit, within a 100 km radius of our laboratory.

Our values are based on offering chocolate that is demanding, delicious and accessible to all. We want as many people as possible to discover our world, and tasting is an integral part of the in-store experience.

All year round, you'll find our chocolates in boxes or selectable directly from our chocolate bar, as well as everyday products such as spreads, bars, snack bars and a wide range of confectionery.

For events such as Christmas and Easter, our chocolate shops are the perfect place for young and old alike, with a huge range of mouldings.
