If you're looking for a fun way to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, then the Balad'zen walks with breaks for gentle yoga, qi gong and meditative naps are for you.
Supervised by a qualified professional, rediscover the simple pleasure of connecting with nature and the elements, in the forests, in the Brière regional park, in the salt marshes, on the banks of the Loire, on the Côte Sauvage...

Booking essential
A qualified teacher of qi cong, yoga therapy and guided meditation, with a passion for nature and hiking, Danièle, a radiant and caring former nurse, invites you to share pure moments of happiness, in connection with nature, to rediscover your energy and joie de vivre.
Come and discover the Bois d'Amour forest during this 2? hour hike for beginners, accompanied by 3 30-minute yogic and meditative breaks, in symbiosis with the elements.
Balad'zen takes place every Monday and Saturday from 10am to 12.30pm.
Prices: €20 for adults; €10 for children; free for under-10s.
Places are currently limited to 5 people.
Bookings must be made at least one day in advance by calling 06 85 02 58 78.
Meeting point: picnic area at the entrance to the forest; Bd de Cacqueray.
Equipment: a bath mat or sheet, suitable clothing, hydro-alcoholic gel, a mask and a drink.

Every Sunday in May and June, a great Balad'zen will be offered from 10am to 4pm in different places in the region, always with a Zen break:
tours of the Baul countryside, the Loire estuary, Pornic, the salt marshes and the Brière regional park.
