Start: Car park on the Jaunais beach.
Walk along Saint-Nazaire's most beautiful beaches, including "Monsieur Hulot's beach", immortalised in Jacques Tati's famous film: "Monsieur Hulot's holidays".
Enjoy magnificent views over the open sea and the Loire estuary, and discover a wealth of natural and historical heritage on the landward side. This tour offers you unsuspected facets of Saint-Nazaire... and a breath of fresh air!
Your starting point is Plage des Jaunais, at the western end of Saint-Nazaire (in the Saint-Marc-sur-Mer district). Between the coastal path, the GR34, and inland variants (including the Val de Courance), the walk offers a wealth of views and atmospheres.
Pedestrians only on sections of the coastal path (bicycles are not permitted).
