Description
Welcome to the Tiny Office, situated in the small harbour of La Chaussée Neuve in Saint-André-des-Eaux, in the heart of the Brière.
We welcome you to a unspoilt natural setting where you can explore the Brière Regional Nature Park and the whole of the ‘Saint-Nazaire Renversante’ destination.
Information, advice, brochures, ticket sales… we make organising your stay easier by sharing our top tips and must-see attractions.
Our ‘cabinet of curiosities’ will inspire you to immerse yourself in the most wonderful experiences the Brière Regional Nature Park has to offer, and you’ll leave armed with plenty of useful advice on how to meet the people who bring this magnificent area to life.
You can reach the Tiny Tourist Office via various walking and cycling routes:
> On foot:
by following the GRP Tour de Brière,
the PR Marais & Bocage (Bois Marland),
the PR Terre Brière.
> By bike:
by following cycle loop no. 41, known as ‘Les Charmes de la Brière’,
by following cycle loop no. 8, known as ‘Le Coq Fleuri’
by following route 15 from Saint-Nazaire,

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE PREMISES:
Free car parks around the Tiny Office; the surface is compacted earth. A dedicated disabled parking space is located in front of the restaurant ‘La Loge Briéronne’ in case of high visitor numbers.
There are no pavements or pedestrian crossings; we are in a natural setting bordered by fields and canals.
Accessible public toilets are located a few metres from the Tiny Office.
1. Access to the building
The premises are on one level; access is via a ramp suitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility, with no need for a lift.
The entrance facing the street is suitable for wheelchair access; the doors are glazed and kept open at all times.
2. Interior layout
> The interior layout is designed to allow people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility to move around independently. The space is not equipped with a reception desk but features a movable table that serves as a counter and ticket desk. The table is 80 cm high. It can be moved to allow visitors to explore the cabinet of curiosities. Visitors in wheelchairs can stand at a sufficient distance to view the cabinet of curiosities and benefit from the explanations provided by the visitor advisor. People with reduced mobility have easy access to seating.
> As the information leaflets are not available on an open-access basis, the on-site visitor advisor is on hand to provide visitors with the documents they require.
The indoor and outdoor furniture on which the few freely accessible information leaflets are placed is at a suitable height.
3. Staff training
Our reception team has received training on welcoming people with disabilities, particularly with regard to specific needs relating to mobility and hearing.
This training aims to ensure a respectful, attentive welcome tailored to each individual situation.
> All this information can be found in the public accessibility register, which is available on request at the Tourist Office counters.
