YOUR KITE & SUP SCHOOL
The LINE UP school offers kitesurf, landkite and stand-up paddle lessons from March to November, 7 days a week, at the best spots in southern Brittany in the Loire-Atlantique region. The school is an itinerant structure that travels to the north and south of the Loire in the communes of the Bay of La Baule, Saint-Nazaire, Saint-Brevin and Pornic and will take you to the right place at the right time to enjoy your activity to the full.

WATER SPORTS IN SAINT-NAZAIRE
SUP, a fun and sporting experience. Alone or as part of a group (family, friends, etc.), stand-up paddling is a fun activity open to everyone from the age of 10. Children, teenagers, adults and retired people will all find something to enjoy. The Saint-Nazaire spot is an ideal place to start paddling, as the bay is protected from the prevailing wind and swell. Standing on your board at the base of the rocky cliffs, a wooded balcony overlooking the ocean, we'll sail along this steep, wild coastline where the fisheries built at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th mark out the route. The highlight of the Nazaire coastline begins at the Bonne Anse beach and ends at the Pointe de Chémoulin. The paddle routes vary according to the weather, the tides and the physical condition of the participants.
For novices, there's no need to panic! The basics of paddling (equipment, safety, balance, movement) will be explained to you, with a demonstration at the start of the session, so that you can quickly progress to self-sufficiency. The wind is the paddle's enemy, so the activity will generally take place in the morning to take advantage of a flat, pleasant stretch of water. Depending on the day's weather conditions, sessions can be extended to the whole day or even to the evening after 7pm, with sunset 'afterwork' sessions.
For those who want to follow the walk from land, the coastal path, signposted GR34, is a favourite spot for strolls that wind between beaches and cliffs.

Line Up is a touring school, with different SUP courses available on the Cote d'Amour towards Pornichet and also on the Côte de Jade from Pornic, Plage de Gourmalon. The rides will take you along the superb 19th-century villas, rocky points, small sandy coves and fisheries of the Côte de Jade facing the Baie de Bourgneuf and the Ile de Noirmoutier.
