David Détry grows organic vegetables and seasonal fruit on his 1.5 ha plot. The couple of young market gardeners offer a wide range of products for sale at the farm, including (depending on the season) their own seasonal vegetables and fruit, as well as those of local or nearby colleagues: honey from Ruchers des Marais (Montoir), eggs from Ferme de Bois Joubert (Donges), rapeseed oil from Ferme de Kerlan (Herbignac), organic cheeses from Nantais and Cambon farms, organic jams from St Viaud and salt from Moutier-en-Retz.
